This article explains how to customise the branding (logo and banner image) of an AssureGO+ (the Evotix Progressive Web Application for mobile and desktop form submission) portal, and how to access the configured portal from the Portal Dashboard (the central configuration area for all portal instances in Assure).The Branding section within the Portal Dashboard becomes available after the AssureGO+ app has been saved for the first time. The colour theme of AssureGO+ automatically follows the same colour theme configured for the main Assure system.This article is part of a series covering AssureGO+ setup. Prerequisites
- An active Assure user account with the Manage Portal Supervisor Privilege.
- The AssureGO+ portal must have been saved at least once before the Branding section becomes available in the Edit view.
Part 1: Customising the Portal Branding
Step 1: Open the Portal Dashboard Edit Screen
- Navigate to Settings > Portal > Portal Dashboard.
- Locate the AssureGO+ portal to customise.
- Click the menu cog (cog wheel icon) next to the portal and select Edit.
Step 2: Upload a Banner Image (Branding)
The Branding section is available in the Edit screen after the portal has been saved for the first time.
- Scroll down to the Branding section.
- Select Choose file and upload an image file that meets the following criteria:

- If no banner image is uploaded, the default logo configured for the Assure system will be used.
Colour Theme
The colour theme of AssureGO+ is automatically based on the same colour theme set for the main Assure system. To update colours, navigate to Settings > System Configuration > System Settings > Theme Colours. Changes made there apply to both the Assure main system and AssureGO+.
Form Icons
Each Questionnaire (form) published to an AssureGO+ portal also has a default icon. To customise individual form icons, refer to the How To Configure Questionnaires article and update the image within the relevant Questionnaire record.
Step 3: Save the Configuration
- Once all branding and other portal settings are complete, click Save & Close.
Part 2: Accessing a Configured AssureGO+ Portal
Accessing from the Portal Dashboard
After setup is complete, the AssureGO+ portal can be accessed directly from the Portal Dashboard overview screen.
- Navigate to Settings > Portal > Portal Dashboard.
- Locate the configured AssureGO+ app in the list.
- Click the menu cog next to the portal.
- Select AssureGO+ from the menu to open the live portal.
Sharing the Portal URL and QR Code
The portal URL and QR code for AssureGO+ are available from the Edit or Detail page of the Portal Dashboard. These can be shared with users to give them direct access to the portal.
Note: The links and QR codes are unique to each portal instance and are tied to the Portal Key configured during setup. If the Portal Key is changed, all previously shared links and QR codes will stop working.
Notes
- The Branding section is only visible in the Edit view after the portal has been saved at least once. If the section is not visible on a new portal, save the initial configuration first and then re-open it to edit.
- The banner image applies to the specific AssureGO+ portal instance being edited. Different portals can have different banner images.
- If a Masked Org Unit (an Organisational Unit assigned to a portal to restrict visible data) has its own logo configured, that logo will also display within AssureGO+.
