Users of the mobile app AssureGO+ can create actions in two different ways
- Creating an action when submitting a form
- Creating a standalone action
Creating and assigning an action when submitting a form (If enabled as part of the Within a questionnaire form configuration , any user can add an action when submitting a form).

If logged in as an authenticated user, when creating the action, users can select another system user (including themselves) from a list of users to assign an action to. If they are not logged a default owner will be assigned as configured.
Where an unauthenticated portal is being used or a user is not logged in, the user will see actions as they have previously, with no ‘For User’ displayed when assigning an action.
There are currently no restrictions on the users that are displayed in this list, however if there is a large volume of users, the list is paginated and loads around 100 users at a time so users should not see any delay.
