Users can now view and manage actions via AssureGO+, allowing on the go management of actions.
Note: This functionality is only available whilst users are online, there is no offline capability and users must be logged in to AssureGO+ in order to use this functionality.
Unauthenticated vs Authenticated portals
Where an unauthenticated portal is being used, the user will not see the ‘My Tasks’ option in the side or bottom bar. They will have no access to view or manage actions on AssureGO+.
Where an authenticated or optionally authenticated portal is being used and the user is logged in, they will see the ‘My Tasks’ option in the side or bottom bar (device and screen size dependant).

Accessing ‘My Tasks’
Selecting ‘My Tasks’ in the side or bottom bar will take the user to the My Tasks tab, where any actions that are assigned to them will be shown, in a list view. Where there are no actions to complete the screen will appear empty.
The list can be searched and sorted. Sort options include (Alphabetical and reverse):
- Action
- Complete Percent
- Due Date
- Module Title
- Org Unit
- Priority
- Record Reference
What actions can be seen on the mobile app?
A user can only see actions that are assigned to them to complete.
This includes:
- Module actions, including actions on IQ templates.
- Standalone actions
- Scheduled actions
What actions cannot be seen on the mobile app.?
- Once actions are marked as complete they will no longer be available for view in AssureGO+
- Managers cannot see actions from their team or other individuals.
- Users cannot see actions they have created and assigned to someone else
These actions can still be see when logging into the Assure Management system.
What can I do with actions in AssureGO+?
The list view of your actions highlights important fields of an action to help understand due dates and criticality.
From the list view users can
- Edit tasks
- Mark actions as completed
When opening an action users can
- View more details of the action than in the list view
- Edit the action
When editing actions users can
- Change values in editable fields for the action
- Mark the action as complete (additional details will need to be completed)
- Add attachments to the action

To allow users to log in you need to enable Authentication on your AssureGO+ app.
- Ensure the system users are configured with the relevant access type.
- Set AsssureGO+ to Authenticated or Optionally Authenticated.
- Communicate to your users that they can now log in to AssureGO+ (If you are not using SSO they will require their credentials (username and password).
What actions can be seen?
Module actions, including actions on IQ templates.
What actions cannot be seen?
Free standing and Scheduled actions will follow in a future release.
