This article explains how to export the User List (the list of all system user accounts configured within Assure) to a CSV (comma-separated values) file for use in external reporting and analysis. The export is performed via the Quick Report (a customisable, user-defined data extract feature within Assure) function within the Users area of Organisational Configuration. Two report options are available: User Details and Expanded User Details. The downloaded file opens in Microsoft Excel. If the People User Linking feature is enabled on the organisation's Assure instance, an additional Person Name column is present in the User table and the linked person name appears in the exported reports.
This article is scoped to the Settings area of Assure and has a cross-module implication with the People module where People User Linking is in use.
