Accessing the Assure Login Page
- Open a web browser on your device (mobile, tablet, or desktop).
- Navigate to your organization's Assure login URL (provided by your Assure administrator or Customer Success Manager).
- The Assure login page displays the following elements:
- Username fieldPassword fieldLog in button"Keep me logged in" checkbox"
- Forgot your password?" link(Optional)
- Links to AssureGO+ portals (if enabled)
- Link to the Knowledge Base for help documentation
Logging In with Username and Password
- Enter your Assure username in the "Username" field.
- Enter your Assure password in the "Password" field.
- (Optional) Select the "Keep me logged in" checkbox to remain logged in on the current device and browser. This prevents re-entry of credentials on subsequent visits.
- Click the "Log in" button.
- If credentials are correct, the Assure dashboard or home page displays.
Logging In with Single Sign-On (SSO)
- If your organization uses Single Sign-On:On the Assure login page, locate the button labeled with your SSO provider name (e.g., "Log in with Azure AD").
- Click the SSO provider button.
- You are redirected to your organization's SSO authentication page.
- Enter your SSO credentials (as configured by your IT department).
Upon successful authentication, you are redirected to the Assure dashboard.
Note: If SSO is enforced, the username/password login section may be hidden. To access it, click the "Login with username and password" link (if enabled by your administrator).
Resetting a Forgotten Password
- On the Assure login page, click "Forgot your password?"
- The password reset page displays.
- Enter your valid Assure username in the "User Name" field.
- Click the button to submit the reset request.
- A password reset email containing a secure link is sent to the email address registered in your Assure user account.
- Open the email and click the password reset link.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.
- Return to the Assure login page and log in using your new password.
Note: If the User Name field is left empty, a validation message displays prompting you to enter a valid username.
Notes & Warnings
- The "Keep me logged in" option stores credentials locally on the device and browser. Do not enable this feature on shared or public devices.
- If you do not receive a password reset email, verify that your email address is correctly registered in your Assure user account. Contact your Assure administrator or Customer Success Manager for assistance.
- The Assure login page is responsive and supports touch-enabled displays on mobile and tablet devices.
- SSO configuration and availability depend on your organization's settings. Contact your IT department or Assure administrator if SSO login is unavailable.
- When SSO is enforced, the option to log in with username and password may be disabled. This setting is controlled in the Assure System Settings by an administrator.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Unable to Log In with Username and Password
Possible Causes:
- Incorrect username or password
- Account locked due to too many failed login attemptsPassword expired

- Verify username is entered correctly (case-sensitive).
- Check for typos in password (ensure Caps Lock is off).

- If the password is expired, click "Forgot your password?" and reset it.
- Retry login after correcting credentials.
Issue: Password Reset Email Not Received

- Verify username matches the registered user account exactly.
