Creating a Job Hazard Analysis
Navigate your way to the Risk Assessment Module, Modules > Risk > Job Hazard Analysis
Click the New Record Icon.

The fields available on the JHA form are similar to that of the Activity Risk Assessment which can be seen clicking the following link: Creating an Activity Risk Assessment
This article will highlight any noticeable changes to the newly added JHA module form.
Author fields are now available within the JHA form, replacing the Assessor fields.
Job Steps, Hazards and Controls
PPE
Personal protective equipment being used or required for the JHA can be highlighted.
Picklist dropdowns are available for each PPE item, values can be added to these if required within the Picklist Data Dictionary
