How to Bulk Create Training Needs Analysis Records
When creating a new Training Needs Analysis record within the Assure system, it is possible to assign multiple employees, and in turn create multiple TNA records simultaneously.
Create the TNA as normal by clicking the New Record button at the right-hand side of list view.
Maximise the Employee section and click the add button

You will be able to select the required users from the list
Click Select once you have ticked all required users.

Select the Qualification you wish to apply to all selected users

Click Save & Close

When viewing records in the list view, you should now see these additional TNA records.
