Audit Detail Report 

 

The Detailed Report and Detailed Summary report are designed to work in the Procedural Audit module.

There are 6 report variants as detailed in the table below.

 

 

The Reports in the table can be enabled and disabled within the Module Setup of the Procedural Audit module. 

 

Settings > Organisational Configuration > Module Setup

 

 

Navigate to the Audit section and click on the Cog menu for Procedural Audit and select the Reports option.

 

 

From here you can customise the Report title, add or remove Reports from the Satndard Reports list and enable images to be shown on the reports from the cog menu by default. 

 

 

 

When you select the Reports option from the cog menu of a Procedural Audit record you will be able to run the Detailed Reports  for that record. 

 

 

 

Detailed Report content explained

 

Cover Page

The cover page applies to all report variants

Left Logo

• The image is sourced from an attachment on the record’s associated Project record with description “Report Image”
• The image will only display if an image is available

Right Logo

• If there is a report image specified for the record’s Org Unit then this will be used
• Otherwise Report image specified in System Settings will be used

Page Title

• iQ Template Name

Cover Page Image

• Recommended image ratio 16:9
• The image is sourced from an attachment on the record’s associated Project record with description “Site Image”
• If there is no image then then the Page Title is vertically centred within the available space

Cover Page Fields

• The Cover Page fields will only be displayed if they have a value saved in the record
• The Cover Page fields will reflect any caption configuration (caption change/ display in interface)
• The Cover Page fields will localize depending on user running the report language setting
• The cover Page fields (apart from Site Address) are sourced from the Audit Record

Site Address/Org Unit

• This is sourced from the “Address” field on the record’s associated Project
• If Address is empty then Org Unit from the Audit record will be shown

 

Additional Fields

 

The Additonal Fields page applies to all report variants

• No Title
• The page will only be displayed if the iQ template has additional fields and at least one has a value recorded
• Each field will only display if there is a value recorded against it

Page Footer

• NOTE: This report is designed to be run against a single record

• If run against more than one record then

• The footer displays the name of the first record’s iQ Template
• The page number does not reset for each record

 

Page Footer Title

• Displays the name of the iQ Template

Page Number

• Displays the report page number

 

 

Signatures

The Signatures page applies to all report variants

• The Signatures page will only show if there are signatures recorded against the record

Title

• Signatures title is non configurable
• Signature title is localized

Signature

• Signature captions (Full Name, Description, Signature) can be configured via caption maintenance
• Signature captions (Full Name, Description, Signature) are localized

 

Question Actions

• The Question Actions page applies to all report variants

Title

• “Question Actions” title is non configurable
•  Titles will localize depending on the current user’s language setting

Ordering

• Actions created against iQ Questions are displayed first
• Actions will be sorted and grouped into iQ sections (in template order)
• Within the section the actions are ordered by Priority (high to low)

 

Section Header

• iQ section name will be a header
• Section header (and actions) will only display if there have been actions created within that section

 

The captions

• Action
• Action Detail
• Priority
• Current Status
• For User
• Category
• Due Date
• Colour coding of Priority – as configured in system settings
• Colour coding of Status– as configured in system settings

 

 

Record Actions

• “Record Actions” title is non configurable
• “Record Actions” title will localize depending on user running the report language setting
• Record level actions sorted by priority (high to low)

 

Template Guidance

The Template Guidance page applies to the following reports only:

• If multimedia guidance is populated for the iQ template, then it will display in a new page

 

The following is a complete list of tags that will render as HTML when defined as placeholder text:

Any other HTML markup tags will be ignored during report processing. If the HTML that is represented by the expression in the placeholder text is not well-formed, the placeholder is rendered as plain text. All HTML tags are case-insensitive.

The Scoring page applies to the following reports:

• “Scoring” title is non configurable
• “Scoring” title will localize depending on user running the report language setting
• Table and bar chart
• Scoring displayed here is for a mixed iQ Template type
• The legacy audit scoring where each question has an “Initial” and “Follow Up” score is also supported

 

 

IQ Questions & Answers

The IQ Questions & Answers page applies to the following reports:

• The IQ Questions & Answers displayed are for a Mixed iQ Template Type
• The Questions & Answers are displayed in the order that they are set out in the template
• Only Sections and Q&A made visible by branching will be displayed
• Questions & Answers will display even if there is not an answer recorded in the record
• This example is an example of a report where all the features are on
• Some features apply to different report variants. Details below.

• If the answer is a short answer (45 char or less) then it will be displayed in a column to the right of the question
• If the answer is a long answer then it will be displayed as a new row

 

 

Images

Images can be configurable for all report variants.

For reports appearing in the cog menu:

Settings > System Configuration > Module Setup: Selecting “Reports” from the module cog menu

 

For Reports run from the Standard Reports menu: tick “Show Images”

 

• If the Q&A has multiple attached images they will be displayed one after the other in 1 column
• They will be sorted by create date (oldest to newest)

 

Comments

Comments will display for all Report variants

• Comments will only display with a question & answer if there are Comments recorded for that Q&A

 

 

Notes 

Notes will only display for the following reports:

Detailed Report

Detailed Report (Excl. Scoring)

• Notes will only display with a question & answer if there are Notes recorded for that Q&A
• Notes are ordered by the Note Date (oldest to newest)
