What Is Quick Report Sorting?
A Quick Report is a customisable, user-defined data extract feature within Assure that allows users to select specific fields from any module and output the results in-browser or as a CSV file.
When multiple Quick Reports exist within a module, Assure displays them in a dropdown list. Users can reorder the entries in that list using Sort Mode, making it easier to locate the most frequently used reports without scrolling.
Steps: Sorting Quick Reports in Assure
Navigate to the required module in Assure (for example, Incident, Risk Assessment, or Audit).
Click the Reports button in the module toolbar.
Note: The sort order is applied per module. Sorting Quick Reports in the Incident module does not affect the sort order in any other module.
Locate the Quick Report section within the Reports panel.
Click the Manage button beneath the Quick Report dropdown.
The Quick Report management screen opens, displaying all existing Quick Reports for that module.
Click the Sort Mode button, which appears in the top left-hand corner of the Quick Report management screen.
With Sort Mode active, drag and drop the Quick Report entries into the preferred order.
Note: Sort Mode is available on any module where Quick Reports have been created.
Save the new order to apply the changes.
The Quick Reports will now appear in the updated order within the dropdown list for that module.
Note: Sorting Quick Reports affects the display order within the dropdown list only. The underlying report configuration, fields, and data are not changed.
