How Do I Run a Report via the Quick Search view?
It is possible to run a report on an individual record in Assure, when using the Quick Search function.
If you know the Reference of the record, or another key detail, this may be quicker than running a filter.
Navigate to the required module
Click the Magnifying glass icon on the right hand side
Type the reference, or other value, into the search box
Click the Cog menu and select the Report option
This will display a list of available reports based on what is shown within the module setup
Select the desired report and it will start downloading in the format set as default within the module setup
To edit which reports are available, and the default format go to Settings > System Configuration > Module Setup
Navigate to the module where the records are located, in this case Procedural Audit
Click the cog and then Reports
Here you can retitle the reports, choose whether they appear on the list and choose between PDF, Excel and Word output
