Renaming Standard Reports
It is possible to rename a standard report in Assure.
This allows you to customise the title of the report for easy identification and is especially helpful if you are running multiple reports over a short period of time.
The below explains how to rename the Incident Report, but this process is very similar across all modules and reports.
Click the report button as normal and select the required report from the drop down
Click the edit button at the right hand side of the dropdown

A pop up will appear. Enter the new name for the report.
(It’s helpful to make reference to the report or filter conditions used, in order to identify this report later)

Once edited, click OK

Click Reports again and select the format you wish to create your report in.

The first icon will display your report in the browser
The second in PDF, the third Word and the fourth in Excel
The report will display with your customised title
