Using the Report Queue
It is possible to enable Report Queuing functionality in your system to allow users to continue working on or navigating through the Assure system, whilst waiting for a report to be produced.
Once enabled, this can be used by navigating to any report, as you normally would, and clicking on the PDF, Word or Excel output options.

If any of these are clicked, your report will automatically be added to a queue, you will see a popup message informing you the Report has been succesfully added to the processing queue and its position in the queue.

You will also be notified when the report is ready to view. Clicking the link to download the report to your local machine.

You can also access the Report Queue directly from the main menu if you have the relevant permissions

It is still possible to run a standard system report in the browser, however.
This will begin processing automatically, as previous, and will display in a seperate tab in your browser once complete.
