Creating an Activity Risk Assessment
Prerequisites
- Active Assure user account
- Read and Write permissions for the Risk module, Activity Risk Assessment sub-module
Step 1: Navigate to the Activity Risk Assessment Sub-module
- Click Modules in the main navigation bar.
- Select Risk.
- Click Activity Risk Assessment.
Step 2: Create a New Record
- Click the New Record icon to open a blank Activity Risk Assessment form.
Step 3: Complete the Assessment Details
The Assessment Details section contains the main form fields for the Activity Risk Assessment. Complete all required fields.
Step 3: Saving your record
Once you have filled out the Activity Risk Assessment for, click Save Record to confirm your changes. Note that all obligatory fields are marked with ‘*’, and you will be unable to save and complete the form until all of those fields are filled out.
