How to Add Attachments to Multiple Records with the Bulk Multi Attach Tool
It is possible to add an attachment to multiple records within a module.
This can be useful for attaching sign-up sheets or similar documents that need to be referenced alongside a number of records.
First, navigate to the module with the required records.
You should see an option next to Reports named “Multi Mode”
Clicking this button will display the bulk add menu
Disabled is the Default selection
Manual allows you to manually select which records you require. This option is helpful if you are only selecting a few or if you can see them all on the current screen view. Records are selected by clicking on them and you can select or deselect multiple records by clicking on the records whilst holding down the CTRL key
Apply to All allows you to instantly select all records on the current view for inclusion. This is helpful if you have already applied a filter to display all required records
Once you have made your selection, click Go

The “Create Attachment” page will then be shown.
This shows you all records which have been included and allows you to select the file or URL which you would like to attach
