This article explains how to run the Portal Queue Quick Report in Assure. The Portal Queue (the holding area where submitted Questionnaire responses are placed for manual review and processing by an authorised user) includes a built-in Quick Report button that generates a data extract of all records currently sitting in the queue. Any user with access to the Portal Queue can run the report. The output can be used to review submission details in-browser or copied into Excel for further analysis.

Important Notes
- The Portal Queue Quick Report reflects the current state of the queue at the time the report is run. Records that are processed or rejected after the report is generated will not be reflected in that output.
- This report is not the same as the Quick Reports available within Assure modules. It is specific to the Portal Queue and does not require any additional Quick Report configuration.
- The Manage Portal Queue Role Permission controls whether a user can view and interact with the Portal Queue. Without this permission, the Portal Queue and the Quick Report button are not accessible.
