How To Use The Filtering options for Approval on Module Records
Several new filtering options for in-module approval stages have been added. The list has been updated to include fields from Approval Manager, and the additional criteria can now be seen across all modules, as described in Fig 1.1.
This will be helpful when trying to find out who has been assigned to complete records and/or submission is overdue.

The selection of searchable Stages has also been extended to include several new criteria, including Rejected, Assigned and Auto Assigned.
This extended functionality allows users to search module records using multiple criteria.
For example, although a module record can have many historical Approval Records, it can only have one active Approval Stage – the ‘Active Task’.
Therefore, if you want to find results that include only the Active Task, then you would search using the query ‘Is Active Task = Yes’.
Similarly, to undertake a search based on ‘Submission Due Date’, this would be used in conjunction with the ‘Set Due Date For Submission = Yes’ criterion.
NB – Submission Due Dates are only valid if this Yes flag has also been set.
However, there may be situations when you want to search against historic stages - for example ‘Approval Stage = Assigned’.
In that instance, you would omit the ‘Is Active Task’ criterion if you want current and historic results or use
"Is Active Task = No" for just historic stages.
