Assure Login Page
The Assure login page can be accessed on all screen sizes (from mobile to desktop) and can be used with touch enabled displays.
What can you do on the login page?
- To login in to Assure enter your Username and Password and click on the ‘Log in’ button.
- You can select ‘Keep me logged in’ so that you don’t have to reenter your details every time you access Assure on that device
- Select ‘Forgot your password?’ to request a password reset email
AssureGO+ Links: If enabled in your portal dashboard settings you can choose to display the links to your AssureGO+ portals on the Assure login page.

Using Single Sign On (SSO)
If you are a customer using Single Sign On (SSO), the login page will look different, you will see the button for your enabled SSO provider.
The username/password login section is hidden and can be accessed by selecting the 'login with username and password' link in the SSO section. This can be disabled in your settings.
Reset password page:
To reset your password you must enter your valid user name on the reset screen below. A reset password email containing a link to set a new password will then be sent to you. You must have a valid email address registered in your user account to receive the email.
A validation message is displayed if User Name field is empty.
There is the option to go back to main login screen.
