I forgot my Assure password, how do I reset it?
If you cannot remember your password, or if you want to reset it, you can request a password reset email from the Assure login screen. You will require your Assure URL, and your username to proceed.
If you have purchased the Assure software and are unable to locate your unique URL, or are unable to remember your username, please contact your Evotix representative who will be able to assist you.
To reset your password, please navigate to your Assure URL. You will be presented with the following screen if you are not already logged in.
The Forgot your password? link allows you to reset your password. You will receive a reset password email to your registered email address.
After selecting ‘Forget your password’ you will be required to enter your username, and not your email address. For some companies this may be the same. If you do not know your username please contact your administrator.
After requesting a password reset, a confirmation message is displayed and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
This link is valid for 48 hours, you can request a new reset email if you do not set your password within the 48 hour validity window.
