When a Record is submitted via AssureGo+ and does not immediately show in the associated Module, this may be due to the following reasons:
1. The Questionnaire has not been configured to Auto-Process. This can be checked and amended in the Questionnaire Configuration by completing the following steps:
The highlighted box will confirm if the Questionnaire is set to Auto-Process:
You can Edit the Questionnaire and amend this:
Select the following check box:
Save & Close.
2. The Second Reason a Record may not be auto-processing is due to missing mandatory fields, this is when a field is mandatory in the Assure Form but has not been placed on the Questionnaire.
As mandatory data is not populated, the Record cannot create and is placed within the Portal Queue.
To check if there is missing mandatory follow the above steps but select:
This will then display the missing mandatory field, in this example it is Date Of Incident:
The missing fields can also be checked here:
Once the missing mandatory field(s) have been identified, these would need to be added to the questionnaire.
