Email exceeds attachment limit on Action & Review emails?
If you are an Administrator or manager on Assure, you may be receiving a large summary email containing all overdue and pending Action and Review emails.
Once the size of the email exceeds a certain size, the email will be compressed into a zip file which will be attached to the email.
The email should read:
Subject: Action and Review Summary
Email size exceeds message limit, see attached file.
The attached file will be in regular ZIP format.
Extracting the file will show the Pending and Overdue Action and Review emails, as would be shown in the email.
To prevent the email from reaching this limit, the Actions and Reviews listed in the email should be carried out.
This will remove them from the list.
