Why Am I seeing the Support details when trying to access my system?
If a user tries to access their Assure system without their Customer Key in the URL (https://sheassure.net), they are presented with the page below:
To resolve this and access your site, please add your customer key to the end of the URL
For example, your customer key is CompanyABC.
- If your company is UK or Europe based ,then your Assure URL will be https://sheassure.net/CompanyABC
- If your company is USA based, this URL will be https://usa.sheassure.net/CompanyABC
- If your company is Asia-Pacific based, this URL will be https://APAC.sheassure.net/CompanyABC
