A Service Status page is now available to Assure Users to get an update at any time on the Service Status of Assure, whether this is for planned maintenance or issues that may be disrupting or degrading the service.
Users can subscribe to this by accessing through Assure:

The service page can then be subscribed to by selecting the following:
Users will then be able to subscribe to the service using their email address.
Once subscribed, users will receive alerts of any incidents occurring, these are categorised as below:
Any disruptions due to planned maintenance will be announced ahead of time. We aim to schedule these out-of-core working hours to reduce disruption.
These would be displayed as blue text.
