Why am I Getting an Error Message When I try to Access Modules?
If you try to access a module and receive the below error message, or similar, you may not have the required permissions to access this area of the system:

If you have been able to access this area previously, whether it is the module itself, or whether you are trying to view or edit a record, please check your current Org Unit at the top of the page:

This lets you know which area of the business you are currently viewing. Based on this, Assure will only allow you to carry out tasks in this area if you have the relevant account permissions.
If you feel that you are in the correct Org Unit and are still receiving errors, please contact your internal Assure Admininistrator and ask them to verify your Permissions. Contact details can be found by clicking Help > Contact Support at the top of the page:
