Notes & Warnings

Warning: The background image applies to both Assure and Assure Go+. Because Assure Go+ is accessed on different devices (smartphones, tablets, desktops), the image will be cropped to fit varying screen sizes. The full image may not be shown on all devices.

Note: The aspect ratio of your uploaded image is always retained, even when automatic compression and resizing occur.

Note: The overlay colour cannot be changed independently for the login screen. It is sourced from the Navigation Background Colour in the Theme Colours section and applies system-wide to navigation elements.

Note: Image changes take effect immediately after saving but may require users to clear their browser cache or hard-refresh the login page (Ctrl+F5 or Cmd+Shift+R) to see the updated image.
