The mobile App AssureGO+ can be set so anybody can access, and view completed records on mobile at any time. This ensures that completed assessments and other information are always available to view when needed.

First you need to decide if a record can be shared to AssureGO+. Record visibility is controlled in the Assure main system on a per record basis. If you want a record to be published to AssureGO+ you need to edit the record, and ticking the ‘Publish to Portal’ option. If the Publish to Portal option is ticked this record can be shared to AssureGO+
When setting up the AssureGO+ portal, you can decide which module records should be published to AssureGO+.
Go to Settings > Portal Dashboard to create a new or edit an existing Portal/AssureGO+ app. Click here for an article on how to set up AssureGO+
When setting up your AssureGO+, in the modules section you can decide for which modules you want to publish records to AssureGO+. Records in this module that have ‘Publish to Portal’ selected will be available to access on AssureGO+.
For example, if selecting the module Fire Assessments, then all Records in Fire Assessments with ‘Publish to Portal’ selected will be published to view on AssureGO+.

7 STEPS
1. The first step is to open the AssureGO+ link and click Records on the left side of the page
2. In this page, you can choose which Assure module to view the record from. In this example, click GHS SDS
3. You can download the record you require as a downloadable report. Or you can search for a specific record by clicking the Search bar
4. For this example, type Acetone
5. We have located our record. Click Download Report to begin the report file download.
6. To view the status of the report download, click the highlighted arrow button
7. If there is more than 1 report queued to be downloaded, you will see this here. The report file will begin to download automatically once ready. Click Close when you are finished. That's it, you're done!
All attachments added to the records that are published on portal are now available to download using AssureGO+
Open AssureGO+ link and click Records on the left side of the page.
In this page you can choose which Assure module to view the record from.
You can sort and search for specific record by clicking the Search bar.
Click Attachments when you find your record.
Click Download File to download files on your device.
