In this guide, we will show you how to find your AssureGO+ URL so that you and your users can access the AssureGO+ app.
As a note, with recent changes, most users no longer need to access both AssureGO+ and the Web Portal, as all records and documents are available on AssureGO+.
We are also making it easier to access the URL to AssureGO+ to share with your users:
- On the dashboard overview screen, a quick link to AssureGO+ will be available on the cog wheel. This previously contained a quick link to the Portal.
- Both the URL to AssureGO+ and the Web Portal can be found in the Edit Portal Dashboard screen.
- You can now share the URL to AssureGO+ on the login screen of Assure. If you have your Portal link shared today this will be changed to your AssureGO+ link and users will automatically access AssureGO+ if they follow this link.

Step by Step guide on how to log in to Assure and share the relevant links:

The first step is to login to your Assure system.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Once logged in, click on the Settings menu.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Next hover on Portal and click on Portal Dashboard.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Click on the Cogwheel of the Portal you want to obtain the AssureGO+ URL from. |

|
|
|
|
|
Highlight the unique URL in the Assure Go+ URL field. (The legacy Web Portal URL is also available on this page for use). You can also choose to make the AssureGO+ link available on the main Assure login page.

Paste the link into an email to send to the Assure Go+ User.
|
|
|
|

Alternatively, you can send a QR code to provide a link to Assure Go+
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Copy and Paste the QR code into an email and send to the Assure Go+ User.
