This article explains how to locate the AssureGO+ (the Evotix Progressive Web App for mobile and desktop form submission) portal URL and QR code within the Portal Dashboard (the central configuration area for all portal instances in Assure), and how to share both with users. The URL can be copied directly from the Edit or Detail view of the Portal Dashboard. It can be shared via email, posted as a link on the Assure login page, or distributed as a QR code. There are three locations within Assure where the AssureGO+ URL is accessible.
Note: Most users no longer need to access both AssureGO+ and the Web Portal, as all records and documents are available on AssureGO+. The Web Portal was the original browser-based portal interface in Assure, designed primarily for desktop use. It has been superseded by AssureGO+ and is no longer actively developed or supported. Evotix recommends using AssureGO+ for all portal activity. Existing Web Portal instances remain accessible but will not receive new features.
Prerequisites
- An active Assure user account with Portal administration access.
- At least one configured and enabled AssureGO+ portal instance.
Where to Find the AssureGO+ URL
There are three places within Assure where the AssureGO+ URL is accessible:
- On the Portal Dashboard overview screen, a quick link to AssureGO+ is available via the menu cog (cog wheel icon).
- Both the URL to AssureGO+ and the Web Portal URL can be found in the Edit Portal Dashboard screen.
- The AssureGO+ URL can be shared on the Assure login page. If a Web Portal link is currently displayed on the login page, this will be updated to the AssureGO+ link, and users will automatically access AssureGO+ if they follow that link.
How to Copy and Share the AssureGO+ URL via Email
Follow these steps to retrieve the AssureGO+ URL and send it to users:
1. Log in to Assure.
2. Click on the Settings menu.
3. Navigate to Portal and click Portal Dashboard.
4. Click the Cogwheel (menu cog icon) next to the portal from which the AssureGO+ URL is needed.
Click Edit.
5. Locate and highlight the unique URL in the AssureGO+ URL field. The legacy Web Portal URL is also available on this page. From this screen, the AssureGO+ link can also be enabled on the main Assure login page.
6. Copy the URL.
7. Paste the link into an email and send it to the AssureGO+ user.
How to Share the AssureGO+ QR Code
As an alternative to sharing the URL directly, the AssureGO+ portal can be shared using a QR code.
1. From the Portal Dashboard, click the Cogwheel next to the relevant portal and select Edit (or access the Detail page).
2. Click the QR icon to display the QR code for the portal.
3. Copy and paste the QR code into an email and send it to the AssureGO+ user.
Note: The links and QR codes for AssureGO+ are available in the Edit or Detail page of the Portal Dashboard to share with users.
