How do I add AssureGO+ Portal to my Device's Home Screen?
From the options or banner within your selected browser tap the "Add to Homescreen" option, you will notice an icon of the website or a screenshot of the website is added to your devices Homescreen instantly. Tap the icon from your Homescreen and the AssureGO+ app will open.
It is possible to add more than one icon to a user’s device, to access different portals or different forms they just require the specific URLs.
Step by step guide:
Chrome for Desktop
- Launch Chrome on your PC or laptop and enter the URL address.
- Open the Settings menu on Google Chrome.
- Select the Install AssureGO+ Portal option.
- Click the Install icon
- Chrome will add a shortcut to your desktop.
Chrome for Android option 1
- Launch Chrome for Android and enter URL address.
- “Add [portal name] to Home screen” prompt will appear.
- Tap the prompt.
Chrome for Android option 2
- Launch Chrome for Android and enter URL address.
- Tap the menu button and tap “Add to Home screen”.
- You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
iOS Safari
- Launch Safari and enter URL address.
- Tap the Share button (at the browser options)
- From the options tap the Add to Homescreen option, you can notice an icon of the website or screenshot of website added to your devices homescreen instantly.
