Adding Quick Reports to the Portal
It is possible to run Quick Reports from the Portal.
To add a Quick Report to your Portal the Quick Report must have Publish To Portal selected within the settings.
To check if your Quick Report can be published to the Portal go to the module that your Quick Report is for and select Manage.
Select Edit from the Cog menu for the Quick Report
You will then see the following screen:
Ensure the Publish To Portal? box has been ticked for any reports you wish to be selectable for your Portal.
To add your Quick Reports to your Portal, go to Settings > Portal Dashboard
Edit the Portal Dashboard you wish to include the Quick reports.
Scroll down to the Quick Reports section.
Select the Add button which will allow you to select your Quick Reports
Once you have selected all the Quick Reports that you would like to see on your Portal remember to select Save & Close
This will then show the Quick Reports on the Portal for all users to run containing all data from that module.
Please note that Quick Reports are only available on the old Web Portal. You can obtain the URL for this by editing the portal dashboard.
However, the old Web Portal is no longer officially supported, as all development work is now focused on AssureGo+.
