Linking Project Details Records to Portal Questionnaires
The Project Reference field can be added to Vehicle Incident Portal Questionnaire forms and Incident Record Questionnaire forms
When added to a portal form as 'Direct Input' the field will appear as it does in the main system but with only Select and Clear options on the Cog.
Navigate to Questionnaires In Assure as follows:
Settings > Portal > Questionnaires
Select the Sections option from the Cog menu on your Vehicle Incident or Incident Record Questionnaire.

Select the Fields option on the Section you wish to include the Project Reference field.
Select New Record 
From the Property Name field select Project Reference.

On saving your changes your Questionnaire will have the Project Reference field available.
When using the Select Option from the Cog menu on the Project Reference field a pop-up screen will display.
The list of Project Details Records will only contain Records that haven't been Archived or marked as Confidential Records.
If the Portal Dashboard has a Masked Parent then the list of Project Details records will not contain records outside the masked area.
- The Portal Dashboard can have a Default Org unit - this only applies if the Masked Parent is not set.
- The Portal Dashboard Org Unit overrides the Portal Questionnaire Default Org Unit.
The Default Org Units on both the Portal Dashboard and Questionnaire are used to set the search condition this can be cleared to show all Project Details Records.
When the Project Reference field is set as 'Non-Direct 'input the field is displayed as a text area and the user can enter any text they wish.
Processing the Questionnaire from the Portal Queue:
Processing with Project Reference field set as Direct Input.
- Whatever Project the user selects in the Portal Questionnaire form will be displayed in the record processed from the Portal Queue.
- The user processing the Portal Queue record can change this value (the values they can select will depend on the processing users privileges.
Auto Processing with Project Reference field set as Direct Input.
- Whatever Project the user selects in the Portal Questionnaire form will be displayed in the auto-processed record when viewed in the main system.
Processing with Project Reference field set as Non-Direct Input.
- When processed from the Portal Queue the Non-Direct input text will be displayed.
- The user processing the Portal Queue record can select a Project Reference from the Cog.

Auto Processing with Project Reference field set as Non-Direct Input.
- Non Direct Input is not compatible with Auto Process so this will not work.
- The Project Reference in the Auto Processed Record will be empty no matter what is entered in the portal Questionnaire form.
