How do I add a risk matrix to Hazard Spotting in Risk module

This functionality displays a risk matrix in the Hazard Spotting module
This is hidden by default, so to reveal and configure the matrix, please follow these steps.
Navigate to Module Setup in Assure.
Settings > System Configuration > Module Setup
Within Module Setup navigate to the Risk section.
Click on the Cog menu for the Hazard Spotting Module to reveal the drop-down menu and select 'Settings'.
Navigate to the 'Other Settings' section
Uncheck the 'Hide Matrix' check box:
Click on 'Save and close' and refresh the page.
Your new matrix will now appear in the Conclusions section within Hazard Spotting.
The resulting matrix then acts like every other matrix in the system and will be displayed in system reports.
