This configuration option allows you to define a scheduled delivery time for the overnight reminder emails the system generates when, for example, an action becomes overdue. These currently generate overnight and are released at around 03:00.
By setting this delivery time, emails will be held and released at the set time, better aligned to your business operating hours.
Steps:
1. Access System Settings
- Log in to Assure with an administrator account.
- Navigate to System Settings (under System Configuration) from the main menu.
2. Locate the Notifications Section
- Scroll down to the section labelled Notifications.
Each day at around 03:00, the system generates reminder emails, for example, when an action becomes overdue or reaches its reminder date. Set a time here to hold these emails until a more suitable hour. If left empty, emails are sent as soon as they’re generated.
By setting a time, the emails can align to business working patterns.
Enter a time in the Scheduled Email Delivery Time field.
3. Save Configuration
- Click Save to apply the scheduled email delivery time settings.
