Manually review a record
The review date in the system dictates when the record should be reviewed by a member of staff to ensure that the information is still correct and valid.
To create a manual review date against a record, in the record form if you scroll down to the bottom section called Record Review, you have the option to have a review, what the review date is and who it should be reviewed by.
Note: To create a review date manually, it depends on the user having the ‘override review’ permission or ‘auto review’ being turned off in the system.

If a review wasn't set on the creation of the record but at a later date you wish to then set a review for the record you can do this by following the steps provided below.
Locate the record that you wish to amend, click on the Cog and select Reviews.

Click on the New Record icon.

On the Create Review page, you will be able to set up a review due date and select the reviewer for the record.
Click Save and Close to confirm the review.
