How Do I Schedule Actions?
Creating A Schedule for Actions
For a User to create Schedule Actions on Assure the Manage Schedules setting will have to be set to Allow within their Supervisor Privilege.

Once the setting has been set to Allow there will be an additional option available within Task Management called Schedule Actions
Scheduling Actions Setup
To create a new Schedule, click on the New Record icon
Complete the following sections:
Details
- Schedule Name
- Org Unit
- Reference

Action
- Action Name
- Action Detail
- Category
- Priority
- Action Org Unit

People
- Who Is this Action For? Single User / Multiple Users

Recurrence
- Schedule Starts
Select a Start date for the Schedule
- Repeat
Daily
- Every [x] days
Weekly
- Every [x] weeks on [M/T/W/T/F/S/S]
Monthly
- Day [X] of every [Y] Month(s)
- The [X] [day] of every [Y] Month(s)
Yearly
- Every [x] years on [month][date]
Ends
- On Specified Date
- After number of occurrences

Edit a Schedule
- Change any of the details in create schedule
- Edits will only apply to actions beyond todays date (next recurrence)
View a Schedule
- View schedule details
- View all actions that are generated from a schedule within the schedule details
Email Notifications
Schedule creation email
- On creation of the schedule, any users who receive an action from the schedule should be notified by email of its creation and advised to log in to Assure to see their assigned actions.
Schedule edit email
- If the schedule is edited any users who receive an action or an edited action from the schedule will be notified by email
Schedule end notification
- The schedule creator is notified when the schedule is 7 days from end date
