Creating Automatic Actions
It is possible to create automatic actions in Assure that trigger on specific events such as the creation of a record.
If there is a specific task that a named user, default recipient or Notification group, would be required to carry out if a specific record had just been submitted, this can be set up to be sent to them automatically.
To set up Automatic Actions, navigate to Settings > Automatic Actions
Please Note: This may only be accessible to Admin users

If no Automatic Actions have previously been set up, this page will be blank.
Click New Record icon on the right hand side of the page


If an Individual User is required, select them from the list

If a Default Action Recipient is required, this user is required to be set up under the Org Unit

If a Notification group is required, select this from the list by clicking the add button

Once the users are selected, click Save & Close
