This article explains how to customise the visual appearance and branding of the Evotix Learn (the Evotix training content delivery platform) environment using the Appearance settings area in the Learn Admin Area. A Learn Administrator or System Administrator can modify four elements: the client logo, the site background image, Colour 1, and Colour 2. Each element affects specific areas of the Learn App interface. Branding the Learn site ensures a consistent and professional look that aligns with the organisation's identity, creating a familiar and engaging learning environment for users.

Prerequisites
- Learn Administrator or System Administrator access to the Learn Admin Area.
Navigating to Appearance Settings
- Navigate to the Learn Admin Area dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, locate and select Appearance.
- The Appearance Settings page displays.
Configurable Elements
The Appearance Settings page allows the following four elements to be modified:

| Site Background Image | A background image displayed across the entire screen wherever tables or forms are not present |
| Primary Color | Controls the colour of the main navigation menu and the Profile icon in the top-right corner |

What Each Element Changes
Client Logo
Modifying the client logo updates the image displayed in the top-left corner of the Learn App interface. This is the primary branding element visible to all users when they log in and navigate the platform.
Site Background Image
Incorporating a site background image alters the screen wherever tables or forms do not obstruct the background. The change is subtle but effectively enhances the overall appearance and feel of the site in a way that reinforces brand identity for users.
Primary Color
Changing Colour 1 updates the following elements:
- The main navigation menu
- The Profile icon in the top-right corner of the Learn App
Secondary Color
Changing Colour 2 updates the following elements:
- The breadcrumb trail used for navigation at the top of the screen
- The text on the More Options menu
- Bookmark symbols throughout the platform
- The View All button text colour, wherever a View All button appears
- Various buttons on the Profile screen
- Leaderboard elements on the Profile screen
