How do users access Learn training content on AssureGO+?
Users of AssureGO+ and Learn now have the option to access their Learn courses directly from AssureGO+.
Prerequisites:
- Learn and Assure have to be integrated and Learn courses have to be assigned to a person via the Assure TNA in the People module.
- The learner must be a user in Learn and AssureGO+ with the same, unique email address.
- The learner must have a person record in Assure with the same, unique email address.

HOW TO CONFIGURE ASSUREGO+ TO DISPLAY LEARN CONTENT
The option to include Learn training in an AssureGO+ portal is configured for each portal individually. To enable this option, go to Settings > Portal Dashboard and edit the AssureGO+ portal in question. Check the Show training from Learn checkbox to enable this feature.
Please ensure that the portal is also to ‘Authentication required’ or ‘Authentication optional’ so that a user can log in.
HOW DO USERS ACCESS TRAINING ON LEARN
Learn courses are accessed via the tab ‘Training’. This tab is currently only available in AssureGO+ when the user is online and logged in, and will also be visible if the user does not have any training assigned.
When this feature is enabled, users will be able to see assigned Learn training content and click to open that mission in a separate Learn window as shown below.
The total number of training courses is listed in red next to ‘Training’. If the user doesn’t have any training assigned, the tab is still visible, but will not have a number next to it. The list of courses and sort order is the same as in the Due Soon section in Learn.
Only courses that are due in the next 60 days will be displayed.
When a user selects the training course they want to complete, they will be automatically redirected to the relevant training course on Learn. If they log in for the first or are currently signed out, they may be required to log in.
Once completed, the course will disappear from the list.
