Learn in AssureGO+ – Evotix

Users of AssureGO+ and Learn have the option to access their Learn courses directly from AssureGO+. This feature surfaces training that is due within the next 90 days, allowing frontline users to view and launch assigned Missions (the term used in Learn for individual training course modules) directly from the AssureGO+ mobile or web portal without navigating to Learn separately.

This is a cross-module feature that requires Evotix Learn, Assure (People and Training module), and AssureGO+ to all be active and configured. The feature is enabled per portal and requires users to be authenticated and online.

Prerequisites

Before enabling this feature, confirm the following conditions are met:

Learn and Assure must be integrated, and Learn courses must be assigned to a person via the Assure TNA (Training Needs Analysis) in the People module.
The learner must be a user in both Learn and AssureGO+ with the same, unique email address.
The learner must have a Person Record in Assure with the same, unique email address.
The AssureGO+ portal must be set to Authentication required or Authentication optional so that users can log in.

Configuring AssureGO+ to Display Learn Training

The option to include Learn training in an AssureGO+ portal is configured for each portal individually.

To enable Learn training for a portal:

1. Navigate to Settings > Portal Dashboard.

2. Select Edit on the AssureGO+ portal to update.

3. Select the Show training from Learn checkbox to enable this feature.

4. Ensure that the portal is set to Authentication required or Authentication optional so that users can log in.

5. Save the portal configuration.

Note: Because configuration is applied per portal, organisations running multiple AssureGO+ portals must enable this setting separately on each portal where Learn training access is required.

How Users Access Learn Training in AssureGO+

The Training Tab

Learn courses are accessed via the Training tab in AssureGO+. This tab is only available when the user is online and logged in.

The tab is visible even if the user does not have any training assigned, but will not display a number when no training is due.
When training is assigned, the total number of courses due is listed in red next to the Training tab label.
The list of courses and sort order matches the Due Soon section in Learn.
Only courses that are due within the next 90 days are displayed.

Launching a Training Course

When a user selects a training course, the user is automatically redirected to the relevant training course on Learn. If the user is not currently logged into Learn, or has never logged in before, the user may be required to log in before completing the training.

Simplifying Login with Single Sign-On

To provide a simpler sign-in experience and remove the need for users to remember separate Learn usernames and passwords, Single Sign-On (SSO) from Assure to Learn can be configured. Refer to the Setting Up Single Sign-On (SSO) from AssureGO+ to Learn article for configuration steps.

Completed Courses

Once a training course has been completed by the user, the course will disappear from the Training tab list.
