Actions, Attachments & Notes saved to an IQ Template Question
Users will only be able to add Actions, Attachments or Notes to IQ Template questions that have the following settings enabled in the IQ Template Configuration:
- Allow Actions
- Allow Attachments
- Allow Notes
Please note that the IQ Template will have to be in Draft mode to update any question settings.
Actions, Attachments or Notes can only be added to IQ Template Questionnaires that are In Progress.
Questionnaires that haven't been Started or have been Completed cannot have Actions, Attachments or Notes added to questions.
When users expand the question they will see the Icons as shown in the screenshot below.
The option to Add Web Link is always visible.
Actions when added to an IQ Question are displayed in a list view format, the list will display up to 50 Actions before paging occurs.
Users can Edit or Remove Actions from the list view using the icons visible.
Attachments when added to an IQ Question are displayed in a table, the download, edit and delete icons will be visible on each attachment.
Notes when added to an IQ Question are displayed in a list view format, the list will display up to 50 Notes before paging occurs.
Users can Edit or Remove Notes from the list view using the icons visible.
Please note the sections will only be visible against IQ Questions that have had Actions, Attachments or Notes added.
