Control the visibility of scoring for checklist templates on Reports
Users can choose whether to make section scoring on iQ Checklist Templates Reports visible. There is now an option in checklist templates to toggle the display of the section scoring in reports on or off.
Disabling Scoring from iQ Checklist Templates.
To disable the visibility of scoring on Checklist iQ Templates on Reports navigate as follows in Assure.
Settings -> Templates -> iQ Templates
For NEW Templates select New Record -> You will now see a field Display Scoring (applies to all versions of this template)
Untick this box if you do not wish scoring to be displayed.
Tick this box if you wish the scoring to be displayed.
On existing iQ templates if you navigate to the Checklist you wish to remove the scoring from and on the COG menu select Template Details.
On the Template Details section, you now have the option to Toggle the Value for Displaying Score on Reports.
Click on the button Toggle Values to update to No.
If you navigate to the module and select a record you will now see that the Section Scores and Total Score no longer appear.
Record with Toggle set to No.
Record with Toggle set to Yes.
Report after Toggle has been set to No.
The Report will no longer display scoring when generated.
Report when Toggle has been set to Yes.
The Report will display scoring when generated.
