If you have updated an Assure user's account to now have Insights Viewer or Designer access, the Insights menu will not show for the user immediately, please allow time for the overnight process to run which will update the user's menu display accordingly.
If 24-48 hours have passed from updating the user account and they still have no access to the Insights menu please raise a ticket at help.evotix.com and we will investigate this for you.
