Insights (the Evotix analytics and reporting module within Assure) refreshes data on two schedules: once daily via an overnight process, and once at midday for three specific data sets. Records created in Assure during the day will not appear in Insights Dashboards until the overnight process has run. Three data sets -- Incident, Task Management, and Contractor -- receive an additional midday refresh at 12:30 pm local time in each supported region. This article applies to all users of Insights across all Assure regions.
Prerequisites
- An active Assure user account with access to the Insights module (the Evotix analytics and reporting module used to view dashboards and data visualisations).
At least one Insights Dashboard (a data visualisation display within Insights, built from Assure module data) configured and accessible to the user.
Data Refresh Schedule
Overnight Refresh (All Data)
Insights data refreshes every day during the overnight process.
Any records created in Assure during the working day will not appear on Insights Dashboards until the following morning, after the overnight process has completed.
Lunchtime Refresh (Selected Data Sets)
In addition to the overnight refresh, three specific data sets receive a midday refresh.
The data sets refreshed at lunchtime are:
- Incident
- Task Management
- Contractor
The lunchtime refresh runs at 12:30 pm local time in each of the following regions:
- ANZ
- North America
- UK
