The data in Insights is refreshed everyday during the overnight process.
This means that any records created on the Assure system will not be shown on the Insights Dashboards until the next morning after the overnight process has ran.
In addition to the overnight process, three sets of data are refreshed at lunchtime.
The three set of data are for:
- Incident
- Task Management
- Contractor
Lunchtime, is 12.30pm local time in each region, ANZ, North America and UK.
