Once your schedules are running, you can keep an eye on progress and overall compliance.
Activity manager – day to day view
The Activity Manager lists all the scheduled activities you are permitted to see: your own, anyone you are listed as managing in User Management, and anyone else’s if you hold the “view tasks for other people” permission.
There are some quick filters available to filter by status, as well as the search bar.
You can build custom filters to help group and find activities:
Assigned to (logged in user) – this filter helps users who have visibility of activities belonging to other users, they can use this to see only their own.
Assigned to full name – allows filtering of activities by assignee.
Assigned to manager (logged in user) – allows users who are managers to filter by activities for people they manage.
Completed date – create date based filters around activity completion dates.
Due date – create date based filters around activity due dates.
IQ template – filter by the IQ template used for the activity.
Org unit name – filter on org unit name/s for activities.
Schedule name – filter on activities belonging to specific schedules.
Schedule category – filter by the category of the schedule to group schedules together.
Status – filter by the status of the scheduled activity.
The filters work in the same way as the module filters, so you can layer the criteria together to pull different sets of data together.
There is one standard report available, as well as quick reports to build you own. Quick reports contain more available data points than the standard report.

Emails
Assure will generate a number of different emails to users for their scheduled activities, and you can include manager in these emails to help with visibility and monitoring:
- Create schedule: on schedule create, Assure sends one summary email to assignees with any activities generated
- Edit schedule: on edit, Assure sends one summary email to assignees with any changes to the schedule
- Window shift: when a new activity hits the visibility window and is generated, the assignee will be notified
- Reassign single activity to other user: when an activity is reassigned the new assignee will be notified
- Reassign activities and schedules from one user to another: from user management when using reassign tasks, the system notifies the new assignee
- Schedule activity reminders: overnight reminder emails now include scheduled activities
In system settings, you can control the scheduled activity reminder email, by defining how many days before the due date the reminder will send.
