Assignees can also complete their scheduled audits on a mobile device, in AssureGO+. Whether your team uses Assure or AssureGO+ depends on how your organisation works; both keep the activity and the record in step.
Seeing activities. Signed-in users see their scheduled activities in My Tasks on AssureGO+. Only Not Started activities appear on mobile; once something is in progress, completed, or not completed it no longer shows there.
Starting one. A questionnaire must be available which matches the org unit and the IQ Template, if none exist the activity will be visible on AssureGO+ but the user will not be able to complete it.
Tapping the activity starts it. In this example, there is only one form which matches the criteria so the user will be taken to that form.
If the activity has no template set or there are several questionnaires which could be used, the user chooses from the available Audit questionnaires.
Picking up where they left off. A questionnaire that has been started but not submitted is specific to the device it was started on, the activity shows as Draft Created. The user will need to delete the draft record in order to start again. On a different device the activity can be started again.
From Forms. If a user starts a form directly, AssureGO+ will prompt them if they have scheduled activities for that form. The user can choose to either link to an activity, or complete the form as a standalone.
Completing it. If auto-complete is off for the schedule, at point of submission the user is asked if they want to complete their activity.
Please note, if the user is AssureGO+ only, and they do not mark their activity as completed, a user with elevated permissions in Assure will need to do this for them.
If auto-complete is on, submitting completes the activity automatically.
Working offline. Users must be online to see and start an activity, and the questionnaire must be downloaded for offline use. If the connection drops mid-audit, the existing AssureGO+ offline behaviour takes over and submits when the connection returns. On submission, the activity is linked and completed as per the schedule set up.
