- Disabling / Enabling Training Compliance Overview
By providing a compliance overview of a person's training, customers will be able to clearly see who is capable/qualified to complete tasks such as First Aid. This means they don’t have to look through all previously completed training records to see if a person is in date with their training.
OVERVIEW
Within the person record you can see a compliance overview of the Person’s training. This is enabled by default but can be disabled by an administrator.
A chart will display the percentage of overall training compliance, and a table summarises the training records for the Person.
Note: This feature will only display if training is enabled on your instance of Assure. Read below on how to enable this view.
You can expand the individual’s line to see the course history. This will display all training records associated with that course for that person record as shown in the example below.
You can sort the data by selecting the column headers.
You can also search using the search bar at the top right of the table.
WHAT DO THE STATUS RATINGS MEAN?
The table below describes what each Status Rating represents in the training compliance overview summary.
| Status Rating | Description |
| Not Required | The status against the course on the TNA is set to <optional/ not required> |
| Compliant |
For recurring training:
For One off training:
Note: Training that has not been completed but has a due date >90 days in the future will show as compliant.
|
| Expiring |
The required by date is within 90 days AND training has not been completed.
Note: Training that has not been completed but has a due date <90 days in the future will show as compliant.
|
| Non-Compliant |
The required by date is past due AND training has not been completed. The required by date is NULL and status against the course on the TNA is NOT set to <optional/ not required> |
If there are no training records associated with the person record, the following screen will display.
WHAT IS INCLUDED ON THE COMPLIANCE OVERVIEW?
All training records will be displayed in the Training Compliance table, even archived training records.
To exclude these records, customers should:
- Update Status: Change the status of the training record to "Optional/Not Required."
- Delete Record: If the training is no longer required, delete the record from the system entirely.
REPORTS
You can export this data into both PDF format and CSV format using the Export Button and selecting PDF or CSV.
Selecting CSV will give a summary of the data in an excel document.
