Insights+ User Access Configuration
This article is only applicable to customers who have Insights+ enabled. To enable this system feature please contact your Customer Success Manager.
To provide Assure users with Insights+ Viewer or Designer access you navigate as follows:
Settings > Organisational Configuration > Users
There will be an additional column visible within the list view called Insights+ Role.
Please note that all users will have their access set to None by default.
Click on the Cog menu for the user you wish to give Insight+ access to and select Edit .
Navigate to the Permissions section and Expand the section.
From the Insights+ Role area click on either the Viewer or Designer radio button.
Save and close the changes. The email address for the user being given access to Insights+ must be unique for the access to be granted.
Error message example on Save:
Insights+ requires each user have a unique email; 'devteam@evotix.com' is already assigned
Please note the access will not be instant for users and the Insights+ menu will only be available after an overnight process has taken place.

Users with access will have an additional menu option on the homepage of Assure called Insights+.
Users with Designer Access will have the following options within the menu:
- View
- Design
- Dashboard Management
Dashboard Management allows Designers to share Dashboards with other users or to remove access to existing shared Dashboards.
