This article explains how an administrator can quickly identify which Notification Groups (predefined collections of users who collectively receive email notifications) a specific user belongs to in Assure. The method uses the search bar within the Notification Groups management screen, located under Settings. This is a read-only lookup task and does not require editing any records.
Who This Article Is For
Administrators responsible for managing Notification Groups in Assure
Users with access to Settings > System Configuration > Notification Groups
Steps
Follow the steps below to find which Notification Groups a user is a member of:
Navigate to Settings > System Configuration > Notification Groups.
In the search bar at the top of the Notification Groups list, type the name of the user you want to look up.
The list will filter in real time and display only the Notification Groups that contain a member matching the search term.
Review the results. Each row shows the Org Unit, Group Name, and Description for the matching Notification Groups.
Note: The search applies across all Notification Groups visible to your account. If the user belongs to groups in multiple Org Units, all matching groups will appear in the filtered results.
The footer of the table confirms the number of entries currently displayed after filtering.
